Part 1: Ecosystem & Authority (The THoQN Vision)
THoQN is the overarching strategic hub for health innovation and evidence-based publishing. It serves as the parent organization for high-impact journals like PHEP and JoWaCH, acting as a catalyst for bridging raw data with global policy implementation.
PHEP is not a mere repository of papers. It is a quarterly, double-blinded peer-reviewed authority that transforms empirical findings into actionable policy recommendations for global decision-makers.
We prioritize absolute transparency. All in-house submissions involving editorial board members undergo independent review by unbiased external editors, and all potential conflicts of interest are disclosed throughout the process.
It refers to our non-linear, high-velocity impact strategy—connecting technology, clinical evidence, and social sciences into a unified powerhouse that demands market dominance.
PHEP specifically targets SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by prioritizing research that stabilizes health systems and informs evidence-based governance.
Part 2: Submission Rigor & Manuscript Architecture
We accept Original Research, Systematic Reviews (PRISMA mandatory), Meta-Analyses, Policy Brief Reports, Case Reports, Exploratory Studies, Short Reports, Methodological Papers, and Field/Practice Articles.
Original Research manuscripts must be approximately 5,000 words of high-stakes empirical findings.
Yes. Every abstract must be structured (max 250 words) including Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Additionally, a Layman English Summary (max 250 words) is mandatory for broader accessibility.
The Introduction must be a minimum of 600 words, clearly articulating the Background, Rationale, and precise Objectives of the research.
Because PHEP demands absolute technical reproducibility. You must include sample size calculations, sampling techniques, and a clear mitigation methodology for biases and confounders.
Authors must provide a "blueprint" of their analysis, covering data cleaning, transformation, and modeling (including T-tests, ANOVA, and Regression analysis where applicable).
No. We prioritize data depth over brevity. There is no limit to the number of tables or figures, provided they follow the PHEP Tabular Protocol.
The Discussion must be a minimum of 700 words, comparing manuscript results with relevant global studies in extreme depth.
Yes. This section must be 400 words and focus on high-stakes, actionable insights that provide operational freedom for the end-user or policymaker.
Every manuscript must include 4 bullet points outlining what is already known and 4 bullet points detailing exactly what this study adds to the current body of literature.
Part 3: Technical Protocols & Ethics
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. The Similarity Index must be less than 15%. Any manuscript exceeding this threshold faces immediate desk rejection without appeal.
All manuscripts must strictly adhere to the Vancouver Style.
In addition to the manuscript, you must submit the Questionnaire/Data Collection Tool, the Raw Dataset (for verification), and the Formal Ethics Approval letter.
We follow the CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) Hierarchy, ranging from Conceptualization and Data Curation to Supervision and Visualization.
Any use of AI-assisted technologies in the generation of the manuscript must be fully disclosed upon submission as per our Transparency Protocol.
A maximum of 6 authors is allowed. You must provide affiliations, degrees, email addresses, and ORCID IDs for all contributors.
Part 4: Logistics, Charges & Post-Submission
Currently, to support global health equity and stimulate the ecosystem, Article Processing Charges are free until further notice.
For the current period, Institutional Subscription is free, allowing organizations to integrate PHEP evidence into their academic frameworks at no cost.
The Submission Portal is the exclusive and mandatory communication channel. No email correspondence will be entertained to ensure a high-stakes, professional audit trail.
Timeliness is a mandatory industry requirement at THoQN. Failure to respond promptly to editorial requests may result in the immediate withdrawal of the manuscript.
Post-acceptance, THoQN performs an analysis to determine how your research can be leveraged within our other platforms (STEMConnect, ELAAJ) to maximize its global visibility.
Yes. We have a formal "Acknowledgement of Best Articles" protocol to highlight research that achieves "Purple Cow" status—standing out as a superior solution to existing public health problems.
PHEP is committed to speed and efficiency. Once accepted, the manuscript enters an expedited production pipeline to ensure that relevant evidence reaches the field while it is still strategically vital.
No. PHEP only accepts original, novel work. Prior publication or simultaneous submission to another journal is a critical strategic failure and grounds for permanent blacklisting.
Strict adherence to the Author Guidelines and the Manuscript Architecture Blueprint is not optional. It is the only path to successful publication within the THoQN ecosystem.
