Post-acceptance publication, indexing, and global dissemination costs are absorbed entirely by the publisher. This is not a "low-cost" model; it is a "premium-sponsored" model designed for rapid scientific advancement.

Eliminating fees does not equate to lowering standards. Our editorial board maintains a "Desk Reject" protocol for any manuscript failing to meet the JPHEP Rigor Index. We are investing in excellence, not volume. Only research that demonstrates clear potential for policy transformation or clinical breakthrough will be processed under this subsidy.
